The twin aims that drive all we do are reflected in our mission statement.We only serve clients when we are convinced that we can help them to achieve real and lasting improvements in their performance. And we also regard the development of our people as equally important. In fact, the two aims are the two sides of the same coin: if we do not attract, develop and keep the best people, we will not be able to provide our clients with the service they require.
| 1978 | The Epicurus Group is founded. The company performs consulting services through Grindlay's Bank. |
| 1979 | Founder Robert Angelone receives degrees from London School of Economics, Le Cordon Bleu and L'Ecole LeNotre. Angelone will eventually receive a doctorate in International Economics. |
| 1984 | ANZ acquires Grindlay's. Epicurus begins a semi-independent consultancy. |
| 1987 | Mr. Angelone establishes Epicurus in the United States, returning to his home in New York. |
| 1989 | The Epicurus Group is incorporated in the US as a domestic corporation. |
| 1993 | Company moves permanent offices to Monmouth County, New Jersey. |
| 1996 | Epicurus.com is registered and becomes one of the foremost food, travel and beverage sites online. Carol Wilson, Diane Rossen Worthington and Laurie Burrows Grad join the firm. |
| 1997 | A phase of expansion is undertaken, opening new divisions, new offices and hiring additional consultants internationally. |
| 2001 | Steven Acosta joins the firm, becomes Senior Project Manager. |
| 2006 | Epicurus creates Harrison Prescott, a financial consultation firm. Plans are announced for the creation of specialty financial services for banks and financial institutions. |
