How does a Consultant become Partner?
The Consultant should have a minimum of five years consistent experience working on consulting projects.

The Consultant must bring a set level of business into the firm annually.

The Consultant will be evaluated by the Partnership Committee to determine: Work Ethic; Attendance; Client Satisfaction; Project Volume and other criteria. The review goes to the full Board with recommendations. The final decision is made by the Executive Committee, consisting of three persons: The Chairman, The Vice Chairman and Chief Counsel.

The Consultant will receive, upon approval, a formal notice by mail and will commence on the first business day of the next month to be a junior partner. This gives the consultant added income, as Epicurus reserves a portion of revenues for partner disbursements at the end of the fiscal year, after the annual report is filed.

The Consultant may spend as little as one or as many as five years as a junior partner before achieving Senior Partner status. There is no fast track system for this. However, each year, the Partnership Committee of the Board conducts peer reviews and considers a set number (determined by vote of the board at the annual meeting) for senior partnership status. This is a very desireable status to achieve.

Consultants seeking to join the firm as partners may be considered for junior or senior partner status depending upon similar criteria, but also factoring in what skills, expertise and volume of sales the new consultant is able to bring to the firm and maintain. All new partners remain on a one year probation pending a peer review to determine the partner's eligibility to retain the partnership status.
The qualifications for partnership are experience and skills. We are seeking partners with an existing infrastructure that will compliment our own and whose practice expands on our diverse portfolio.
