Develops strategy for and initiates potential business account interest, solicits and negotiates contracts for our consulting division, focused largely on mid-cap to large corporations.
Developing relationships with prospective clients, the Sales Director will coordinate the relationships between our sales force and our clients and will monitor an international team of sales professionals.

The Director of Sales is responsible for leading a Customer-focused international sales team to achieve reasonable forecasts. The DOS enables the development and cross-functional team execution of the customer marketing plan, with a focus on contribution margin, by gaining alignment between senior level decision-makers at the Company and the Customer. The DOS contributes to the Company Strategic Planning Process and is a visible leader within the Company and at the Customer, driving collaboration and decisions that impact strategy at a national level. The DOS is directly responsible for the talent and performance management of the Customer Team.
The DOS should have considerable computer experience, including groupware tools such as electronic collaboration, online calendars and workflow systems, etc. Requirements include: A 4 year degree * 5-10 years prior business experience with 3 or more years in Business Sales, Trade Marketing and Sales Operations; 1-2 at the Director level 4 or more years of people management experience
