The Epicurus Group publishes Epicurus.com, one of the most popular food and travel sites on the Internet. Rated in the Top 3 Hospitality sites by Restaurant Report Magazine, Epicurus.com ties with such prestigious sites as FoodTV.com. We plan to launch two new travel sites and a new home and garden site in the near future. This position would be a partner in the venture, and our editors become major public figures as we promote these sites in the media. We are seeking a skilled web developer capable of programming and delivering unique styling for our websites.

Candidates for this position should have extensive experience with CGI, PHP, MySQL, Search Engin Optimization, CSS, and superb communication skills and possess at least 3 years experience in web programming. We require someone who is willing to adapt, modify and recreate our existing systems and to create new systems for our growing web portfolio. A college degree is preferable, but not essential, however, a minimum of a Secondary/High school diploma is required. We will seek to view a portfolio of work that includes websites related to food, home decor, living or lifestyle, gardening and travel. An understanding of travel reservation systems would be extremely helpful. |
