We Declare a Winner

The Epicurus Institute projects Senator Barack Obama winner of the 2008 Presidential Elections.

We believe that at 10PM EST, Senator Obama has won an unbeatable number of electoral votes and that Senator John McCain will not be able to find sufficient electoral votes to create an upset victory.

With more than 40 million votes cast at this time, in a very tight race, it appears that Senator Obama's path to the White House is clearly set. John McCain, a veteran member of the Senate has lost any clear path to electoral victory.

In what appears to be an exceptional win, Senator Obama will become the first African-American elected to the White House.
